CORPaTH encourages all participants attending to be fully vaccinated.

According to the CDC, “full vaccination” means that either 14 days have passed since receiving a second dose of FDA or WHO authorized (or emergency authorized) double-dosed vaccines or single-dose vaccine.

All staff in attendance at this event will be “fully vaccinated.”

We strongly encourage all attendees who are eligible to receive a bivalent Omicron COVID booster vaccine in addition to being fully vaccinated.

COVID-19 Testing

We strongly encourage individuals, regardless of vaccination status, to be tested for COVID-19 prior to traveling to this conference. Should anyone test positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of arrival, they should not attend the event and cancel their registration and hotel (if applicable).

Should anyone develop COVID-19 symptoms while on-site at the conference, they should immediately be tested at a nearby testing facility:

Mask Requirement

Masks are strongly recommended to be worn at all times, except while actively eating or drinking. CORPaTH strongly encourages the use of procedural (aka surgical) masks with at least 3 layers of fabric, KN95, KF94s or N95 masks during events. Masks should cover both the mouth and nose. Hand sanitizer stations will be onsite as well.

We ask that participants honor the requests of other to mask up and/or maintain physical distancing.

By proceeding with the registration process, I and those I register agree to hold CORPaTH harmless and understand CORPaTH has put preventive measures in place to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I/we will comply with all set procedures and safety protocols to reduce the spread while attending the Summit, Crystal Globe Awards and related events.

This liability waiver and release extends to all members of CORPaTH, the event staff and organizers.
