NASDAQ Dubai Academy launches
course in corporate governance

The six-hour course will be held at NASDAQ Dubai in the Dubai Financial Centre (DIFC), on May 29 and will be delivered by an expert from Thomson Reuters, said a press release.
Topics will include the roles and responsibilities of Directors and senior managers, the importance of transparency, disclosures by listed companies, and how to build effective corporate governance structures, it said. [EXPAND Read more]
“Case studies and role play will form a key part of the English-language session, which is suitable for Directors, executives, heads of business units, and compliance internal control specialists,” it said.
